Job Description:

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top sales talent to join our team. You will collaborate with sales managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for sales positions using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract sales talent.
  4. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  6. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  7. Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
  9. Participate in networking events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities to promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice.
  10. Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a recruiter, while not a requirement, is preferred.
  2. Strong understanding of sales roles and requirements, as well as the ability to assess candidates' sales skills and experience.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
